Discipline

The Newfoundland and Labrador Council of Health Professionals (NLCHP) “Council” is responsible for all disciplinary matters and quality assurance for the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Newfoundland and Labrador (CTCMPANL) “College”.

The College maintains a disciplinary advisory committee and a quality assurance advisory committee for the purposes of the education of its own members. Our College statements on sexual misconduct and professional misconduct outline the professional position for Registered Acupuncturists.
